Call About Your Appliance
A phone call is the only way to start. Describe the appliance and the problem, give your address, and one of our local appliance repair technicians takes it from there.
Have these ready before you dial:
- The appliance type and brand, and the model number from the label if you can reach it.
- What it is doing, when it started, and any error code shown on the display.
- Your street address and ZIP code.
- Whether water, gas, smoke or sparks are involved, and whether a warranty might apply.
On the call you'll hear the visit window and how diagnosis and repair are charged before anything is booked. There is no contact form, email or text line; the phone is the whole process.
